Welcome! to the South Leicester Aeronutz website.
Here we have some of Mark's free flight models. Before digital photos we did not take many picies so folks just saw a few of the more popular models.
We have the patterns for most of the planes seen here, but they are not fully detailed like the Tango and Jigglet. See which ones are detailed hereMany folks will have seen Mark's free flight 7.5" span Mustang, flew many times at the outdoor and indoor Nationals. Powered by a bit of knicker elastic it flew very nicely and had a super four blade white balsa prop. Simon fitted extra long rubber and achieved a 60 second flight at the International Model show Olympia. Well here she is many years later, converter to a glider
The first of many photos taken on Mark's new camera

Here is a favorite fun flier, 6" span Rumpler 6B rubber power. The picture is a scan on a dodgy photo. Luvly blue and green paint on these, I made a much bigger one for R/C with four cells, its my Sunday best plane and needs converting to Lithium cells. Photos of the bigger one soon ... Here is the little chappie

Here comes another rubber power mini plane, Turbo Porter. This machine used to fly in squares not circles? We have since figured out why. About 7" span
